The orphanage school...

This school/center was created by several remote villages to provide care and an education opportunity for their poor children and orphans.

The facilities are very basic, with a larger building that bulges at the seams with preschoolers, and grades one through seven (the seventh was added last year).  The school provides a midday meal, that for many is the only meal of the day; usually a rice and beans stew.  The dedication of the staff and concern of the villagers is truly awe-inspiring.  Here are some views:
